Warranty conditions

      VDH Safes Saigon products come with a factory warranty of 24 months on mechanical components and 12 months on electronic components. 

      The costs of parts and work that fall under the manufacturer's warranty, carried out within the warranty period, are for the account of VDH Safes Ltd.

      Damage caused by improper use (e.g. forgotten code, damaged key), normal wear and tear and defects that do not significantly affect the function or value of the product are not covered by our factory warranty. 
The warranty expires in case of repair by our service departments that is not recognized by us or when using non-original parts.
